The Constitution

Ten rules. They are readable before you pay, and they do not change quietly.

   There are always one hundred active seats whenever possible.

   Every active member can lose their seat.

   Money cannot buy votes, ranking, immunity, Pool advantage, protection, or guaranteed selection.

   One person should have one membership; duplicate abuse is discouraged.

   Hundred Numbers are permanent and never reused.

   Submissions are anonymous during voting.

   Ballots are private; results are public.

   Hundred preserves historical memory.

   Hundred does not intentionally create empty seats.

10. 10

    House cannot secretly manipulate outcomes; meaningful competitive corrections are auditable.
